1. JuriAlto is not a law firm
JuriAlto provides legal-industry technology, operations, education, nearshore-support and professional-connectivity services. JuriAlto does not itself provide legal representation or legal advice.
2. No attorney-client relationship
Using this website, creating an account, submitting a general inquiry or using JuriAlto technology does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship.
3. Self-directed professional directory
The launch Network model is designed as a self-directed directory. JuriAlto does not recommend, assign or route a legal matter to a particular lawyer or firm. Users independently select whom to contact.
4. Independent professionals
Network professionals and firms are independent. They are responsible for licensing, conflicts, engagement agreements, professional judgment, legal fees, client funds and legal services.
5. No endorsement or result promise
A profile, membership or credential-status indicator is not an endorsement or a promise of quality, suitability, current status or outcome. Users should independently confirm current credentials before engagement.
6. AI
AI-assisted output may be incomplete or inaccurate, is not legal advice and requires appropriate human review. Users must follow applicable confidentiality and data-handling rules.
7. Acceptable use
Users may not misuse the platform, misrepresent credentials, scrape protected data, interfere with security, upload unlawful content or use JuriAlto to engage in unauthorized professional practice.
8. Intellectual property
JuriAlto and associated marks, software, content and design assets are protected intellectual property. Network participation does not transfer ownership of the JuriAlto name or authorize a professional firm to operate under the JuriAlto name without a separate written license.
9. Paid services
Commercial terms for SaaS, LegalOps, nearshore, growth, education, events and other business services are governed by separate agreements. JuriAlto's launch model does not charge a percentage of legal fees, settlements or matter outcomes.
10. Jurisdictional availability
Features may be unavailable or structured differently by jurisdiction. Directory, ranking, payment, advertising and professional-network functions should launch only after applicable jurisdictional review.
