This launch-review draft describes the intended privacy model. It must be conformed to the actual data flows, vendors, legal entity and launch jurisdictions before live collection begins.
1. Scope
JuriAlto intends to process only the information reasonably necessary to operate its technology, professional-network, business-services, education and event functions.
2. Information we may collect
- Contact and account information.
- Company, firm and professional profile information.
- Professional credential information submitted for future credential-status review.
- General, non-confidential inquiry information.
- Product usage, device, security and analytics information.
- Event, education and communication preferences.
3. General forms are not secure legal intake
Do not submit privileged communications, medical records, identity documents, financial account details, trade secrets or other highly sensitive information through a general website form. A secure channel should be established separately when appropriate.
4. How information may be used
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested business services.
- Operate accounts, professional profiles and platform functions.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse and troubleshoot systems.
- Conduct credential-status checks when a formal process exists.
- Provide education, events or marketing communications only as permitted and subject to applicable choices.
5. Independent professionals
When a user independently chooses to contact a Network professional, that professional or firm is responsible for its own professional-client intake, conflicts, engagement and privacy obligations. JuriAlto should not represent that a general website inquiry creates attorney-client privilege.
6. AI and service providers
AI-enabled or third-party service providers should be used only under approved data-handling, confidentiality, retention and security controls. Sensitive client information should not enter AI workflows unless the responsible professional organization approves the environment.
7. Privacy rights
Depending on location and applicable law, users may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability or other processing choices. The production notice should describe the rights and request mechanism that apply to the actual launch markets.
